Shortlets in Dublin City Centre

Our short term rental accommodation in Dublin City Centre puts you right in the heart of Ireland’s bustling capital city.

Originally a Viking settlement (‘Dubhlinn’ meaning Black Pool) it has been Ireland’s principal city since the Norman invasion. The city’s modern name in Irish is Baile Átha Cliath which translates as ‘town of the hurdled ford’. Today Dublin is the seat of the Irish Parliament and a centre for the country’s administration, education, industry and arts.

Divided into two main districts, Dublin 2 on the south bank of the River Liffey and Dublin 1 on the north, Dublin’s City Centre is extremely compact in comparison to many of Europe’s capitals and so is easily navigated. Our city centre rental accommodation is well serviced by public transport making having a car unnecessary. There is a comprehensive public bus system in operation and the Luas Red Line (light rail system) travels the length of the Liffey’s north bank making it quick and easy to travel from east to west within the city. There is also an abundance of taxis.
