HOW FAR IS THE PROPERTY FROM THE CITY CENTRE?
Background information on the areas in which are properties are located is provided under Map and Locations, but the majority of the properties are close to the centre.

• Sandymount is 4 km from the centre.
• Ballsbridge is 3 km from the centre.
• Christchurch is in the centre.
• Blackrock is 6 km from the centre.

IS PARKING DIFFICULT AT THE PROPERTIES?
Each property description will tell you if parking is provided at the property. All townhouses have parking outside, but some apartments do not.

TV, VIDEO AND TELEPHONE?
All properties have television, some have videos. Video hire can be arranged. All properties have telephone, most are payphones. There is a deposit payable where the telephone is not monitored to a system.

DOES THE WEEKLY RENTAL COVER UTILITIES SUCH AS ELECTRICITY?
No. All utilities such as telephone, electricity and heating are extras, payable to the manager on departure. Meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of your stay.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Unlike hotels, booking deposits are required for self catering accommodation and full payment in advance if the reservation is for less than one month.

A nonrefundable booking deposit is payable of 50% of the weekly rental on a weekly booking, one week's rental for bookings of one month, and one months rental on bookings for more than one month. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

WHERE DO I GO FOR KEYS ON ARRIVAL?
You will be met by prior arrangement by one of our local managers, who will give you your key and familiarise you with the property. During your stay with us we continue to provide full back up service - our staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AND DO YOU PROVIDE FACILITIES?
Yes, children are very welcome. However, there are some properties that are unsuitable for children for various reasons. We endeavour to match our clients with a property and will recommend properties more suited to a family with small children if this is a requirement. Baby Cots and highchairs are available on request, however cot linen is supplied.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM / MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?
You are welcome to stay for just one night - however we do have a minimum charge! Our minimum charge is usually 70% of the weekly rental in those properties which facilitate short bookings. Short Breaks are available if reserved within 1 week of the date of departure, subject to availability. Other properties take reservations of one month up to 6 months. We will of course take reservations for longer on request.

For reservations of more than one week, a weekly cleaning and linen exchange service is included in the rental charge. For reservations of one week or less, we will clean your property for you on your departure. We pride ourselves on our housekeeping standards and we hope you will find your property clean and well presented on your arrival.
